+. Wellness Retreats: Conducted 50+ single and multi-day retreats, serving more than 200 attendees, focusing on holistic well-being.
+ Creator of Transformative Programs: Developed the 21-Day Body | Mind Detox, the 10 Essentials for Well-being, and the Carmel Valley Cleanse, designed to promote comprehensive health.

+ Educator: Presented 20+ online classes and webinars, reaching over 3,000 listeners with valuable health and wellness knowledge.
+ Cooking Instructor: Taught 30+ private and group cooking classes, featuring locally grown ingredients and focusing on healthful preparation.
COMMUNITY
The sense of community in Carmel Valley, California, is truly unmatched. I feel incredibly fortunate to live and work in the heart of Carmel Valley, contributing to this magical place and its wonderful people.
Supporting local businesses is my passion—I love recommending local grocery stores and farmers in my recipes and cookbooks, showcasing beautiful candles and jewelry from local artists in my retail boutique, and directing you to my favorite small gift shops.
As a family, we actively volunteer for initiatives like trash pick-up along Carmel Valley Road, serving food at the community Thanksgiving dinner, and decorating the Village for the holidays.
I’m proud to be a member of the Carmel Valley Women’s Club, a non-profit organization that fosters friendship, education, and community engagement.
One of my favorite activities is gathering like-minded women for free wellness talks, where I aim to inspire others to take charge of their health, one step at a time.
