PERSONAL TRAINING

This is for the client who wants to maximize their efforts with tailored workouts specific to their goals. These sessions blend strength, flexibility, and mobility with a laser focus on technique to deliver results. Multiple modalities are used for endless benefits, such as a strong and athletic body that feels aligned and balanced.
50-minute sessions

1 session $125

6 sessions $660 | $110 each valid for 6 weeks

PERSONAL TRAINING APP

This is for the client who wants a customized fitness program that they can take anywhere and do anytime on their schedule. It can be done in conjunction with personal training to maximize results or as a standalone service. 

4-week customized workouts 

INCLUDES

+ programming based on your goals
+ daily workouts with warm-ups, workouts, and cool-downs
+ workouts for cardio, strength training, and flexibility
+ videos, sets, reps, tempo, and rest with each exercise
+ the ability to log your results so that you and Jen can see your strength improve
+ Jen’s feedback on your technique and form by uploading your exercise videos
+ editing of the program for travel or sick days
+ in-app messaging to Jen for questions and comments, checked daily Monday – Friday
+ tracking your compliance with completed workouts over time

TRANSFORM

This one-on-one program is for the 50-plus-year-old female who is looking to improve her fitness, physique, and overall well-being. This transformative program focuses on three pillars: cultivating a strong mindset and nutrition to optimize body composition while building strength and lean muscle mass.

AGELESS MOBILITY

This class uses dynamic gentle mobility to increase joint range of motion, improve circulation, increase lymphatic flow, decrease aches and pains, speed up recovery, and increase energy. Ageless Mobility comes from one of my many incredible coaches, Scott Sonnon.
