Hi,
I hope you are thoroughly enjoying the warmth and flavors of spring.
I have been busy in the kitchen creating NEW recipes for NOURISH3, a 3-Day Whole Body Reset using an abundance of spring vegetables and flowers.
Spring has so much to offer – asparagus, carrots, fennel, lavender flowers, rose petals – and the list goes on.
I’m including all of these and more in my new creations which I’m looking forward to sharing with you.
You are welcome to join my next 3 day cleanse if you are local. It’s called NOURISH 3 and is full of spring-inspired delights. You can check out the deets here: NOURISH3
If you are not local, or it is not a fit, I’ll continue to share my recipes here with you.
This week’s recipe is my Cardamom Rose Bliss Tea. It’s truly divine.
Have a fantastic week.
XO

CARDAMOM ROSE BLISS TEA
This tea is rich and creamy, with cardamom and rose petals lending a spicy, floral note. It is wonderful served hot or cold.
- 1 cup filtered water
- ½ cup plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon food grade organic rose petals (Frontier Co-op)
- 1 teaspoon raw local honey (The Honey Ladies) – optional
- ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
Bring water to a boil, then remove from heat. Add rose petals and let steep for 5 minutes, then strain. Discard rose petals.
Heat milk in a separate pot, add cardamom and honey if using, if using.
If you have a handheld frother, froth your honey cardamom milk, if not, just simply stir.
Once your ingredients are well combined, add to your cup along with the rose water and enjoy.
